The applicant here by releases and discharges the Nebraska Association of Barrel Racers, the association’s producers, arena grounds owners, or county fairgrounds for all liability, loss, claims, damages and expenses for injuries to person, property or financial condition as a result of, or in any way related to, in a Nebraska Association of Barrel Racers event. This Applicant also is agreeing to participate and abide by all rules and regulations of the Nebraska Association of Barrel Racers.
